Q: Do I need to supply cleaning products?

In most cases, yes. We can take garments in easily, and let them out as far as the seam allowance allows. We'll tell you what's possible at your fitting.

Q: What should I do before my cleaner arrives?

Absolutely — we replace broken zippers on jackets, jeans, dresses, and bags, and re-sew or match missing buttons.

Q: Do you offer one-off cleans as well as regular visits?

Bring the shoes you plan to wear with the garment so we can mark the length exactly right. For formalwear, wear the same undergarments too.
